She understood our desire for gourmet fare served in a casual rustic manner. After a few days we had our menu pinned up on Rob's parents' refrigerator. Visitors to the house anticipated the moment at Snug Cove where they could feast on curried crab cakes, mandarin duck crepes, mint cured salmon, peppered filets of beef, freched lam chops and chicken satays, as well as the grilled Mediterranean salad, Asian greens and eggplant with goat cheese canapés.
In the last days before July 13, Nicky and her staff worked to finalize the details - including a beautiful raspberry and current pavlova wedding cake.
Everything was ready to go - and after 5 months and 23 days of planning, the day finally arrived and was perfect. We were surrounded with our family and friends in celebration of our marriage on a warm summer day with a most spectacular setting and an even more spectacular feast."
